The Yoga Crew is a playful after-school program for 3rd–4th graders that blends yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork in a fun and welcoming way. Each week, kids explore movement, focus, and relaxation through games and creative exercises that help them feel calm, confident, and connected - both in their bodies and with each other.

Designed to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and positive peer connection, The Yoga Crew gives students lifelong tools for balance and self-confidence - on and off the mat.

The Yoga Crew is an after-school space for 5th - 8th graders to move, breathe, and recharge. Each week, you’ll stretch and flow through creative yoga sequences that build strength, focus, and calm — no experience needed.

 FAQs

  • We will gather in one of the Bacich and Kent classrooms. TBD

  • Nope. I’ll bring mats for the kiddos to use. We will make sure to clean them together after every session.

  • If you think of it, I’d love to heads up not to expect them. A quick text to 415-385-7830 would be awesome. But don’t sweat it!

  • While I wish I could accommodate this, there will not be make up sessions.

  • They do NOT need to wear special yoga clothes. Anything comfy that they can move in is great. Think clothes that they would wear on PE days.

  • An extra snack for hungry after school tummies!

Hi! I’m so happy you are here and that you are considering The Yoga Crew for your kiddo/s. My name is Jennifer Jarrett and I’m a certified yoga teacher, breathwork and mindfulness facilitator, and Marin mom with a Master’s in Education. I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids and adults for two decades, and I love helping children discover the joy of movement, focus, and calm. Through The Yoga Crew, I weave creativity, play, and stillness into each class so kids can build confidence, connection, and a sense of wellbeing that supports them both on and off the mat.

Through my programs for adults—including private coaching, retreats, and group experiences—I help people slow down, breathe deeply, and live with greater clarity and purpose. My work blends mindfulness, movement, energy healing and emotional intelligence to support transformation from the inside out.
